Oh and btw, you don't technically NEED a timer. it sucks that Mojang hasn't added that feature yet, but I can recommend you turn down your FOV slightly or turn on toggle sprint in accessibility settings so your FOV barely changes.

i did some research on JellySquid mods as those are the only mods that are allowed for 1.16+ (more specifically sodium) and unfortunately those are basically just mods to improve MC performance and don't give you any additional features. To my knowledge, dynamic FOV cannot be turned off without optifine or some 3rd party mod. Hey I just replied to this problem on your other post but I'll paste it here aswell
